One of the services we offer for our apartments is a morning delivery of fresh bread or other choice of breakfast (payable, and on request). All our guests can also make use of our free private car-park, or underground parking (payable extra).

Pricing information
All prices are per apartment per day, for a minimum stay of 4 nights, and include all associated costs.
The supplement for stays under 4 nights is € 10,00 per apartment and day.
However, they exclude the local tourist tax of € 2,50 - per person per day (for age 14 upward), which has to be paid on site.
- Final cleaning
App. 1 and App. 4: € 35.00-
App. 2, App. 3 and App. 5: € 50.00-
- Additional guests
A supplement of € 25.00- per person per day is payable for any extra guests in the apartment.
- Reduction for children
children under 2,99 years free of charge
children from 3 to 8,99 years a supplement of € 15,00- and children from 9 to 13,99 years a supplement of € 20,00-
- Pets
Pets are only allowed by previous request, and a supplement is payable: -cat € 13,00 - / day; - dog € 16,00 - / day
- Is the booking under 4 nights, we will charge an supplement of € 10,00- per apartment per day.
Booking
- To make your reservation binding, we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total amount.
- The deposit must be paid within 14 days of confirming your booking; only then will your reservation be considered binding.
Cancellation policy
- The deposit can only be refunded or credited towards a future holiday if you cancel your booking at least 4 weeks before the start of your stay.
- In the event of early departure or late arrival, the full cost of the apartment will still be charged. In the event of no-show, the full cost will still be charged.
Arrival & departure
- Arrival from 4 p.m.
- Departure before 10 a.m.

- Bed linen is provided and changed once a week; towels are changed twice a week.

- SÜDTIROL -GUEST -PASS: this entitles you to free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol.
